My Roles & Responsibility were to:
- Identify and utilize recruiting resources, such as the internet, resume databases, job fairs,HR etc.;
- Coordinate internal and external job postings;
- Efficiently coordinate and conduct telephonic assignments;
- Develop position-specific screening questionnaires;
- Deal with Pre-qualifiers and pre-screens applicants;
- Negotiation of salaries and extending placement offers;
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source suitable candidates;
- Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance so as to fulfil the needs;
- Conduct references;
- Focuses efforts on clients and candidates retention/satisfaction; continually work to grow and enhance relationships; utilize quality control methods ensuring clients and candidates remain well-satisfied with company services.
